I was sent messages telling me to book for certain treatments but when I rang there was no appointments available and they had no idea when they would have any more !
Eventually after consistently ringing and calling in at the surgery I got appointments but they're were weeks or sometimes months away. What makes it more frustrating is that the surgery is often empty when you do go whereas in the past this was never the case!

Great experience with friendly and efficient staff

Just in general about the clarity of receiving test results and the follow up appointments. That’s a general problem I have with doctors or hospital appointments is knowing the next steps.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
